As of August 10th, there's a known issue on our iOS app where users are not able to successfully link their USAA account! The reason behind this is that USAA requires three fields:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Pin

When connecting the account on iOS, the "pin" field is not showing up. Because of this, you won't be able to successfully connect the account and the bank returns an error. 

The workaround

1  - Log in to your account via our web app at

2 - Navigate to your wallet at the top right of your screen, it looks like this:

3 - Click the "Add New" button

4 - Select USAA from the list of supported banks

5 - Log in to your USAA account as normal! The "pin" field will not have a label, but the empty box is where you'll add you pin along with username and password. It's part of the same issue. 

If you have USAA credit cards, you'll be able to match those on the next page.
