If you've changed your email it's important to also update it within Birch. Each week we send you your weekly missed rewards, upcoming bills and subscriptions reminders and spending breakdowns. We may also randomly ping you just to say "hey." (Kidding)
Updating your email:
1. Sign in to Birch
2. Click on the account tab in the top navigation menu.
3. On the main account page, enter your new email into the email field. When you're ready, click update at the bottom of the page.
4. Check your inbox for an email from the Birch team. It should look like this:
5. That's it! That link will take you into the app and your new email will be confirmed.
Note: You will not be able to update your email with an email address that is already registered with Birch. If this happens and you think this is a mistake, please contact our support team.
